Bhutan moved 250 BTC on April 13, extending 2026 outflows to $240 million as holdings fell 73% from an October 2024 peak.
The recent moves are comparatively much smaller than when Bhutan moved over $60 million in bitcoin last July over the course of four days.
Bhutan was previously seen moving around its bitcoin at times of market rally, possibly selling off the cryptocurrency for profit.
The Royal Government of Bhutan has transferred approximately 929 Bitcoin (BTC), valued at around $66.16 million, to the crypto exchange Binance.
