Crypto analyst Crypto Patel has revealed when XRP could rally to between $10 and $20. This came as he commented on the token’s history following its 14th anniversary celebration, noting that it is one of the oldest crypto assets. Analyst Reveals When XRP Will Rally To Between $10 and $20 In an X post, Crypto Patel predicted that XRP would trade between $10 and $20 by its 20th anniversary in 2032. The analyst also touched on the token’s history, noting that the XRP Ledger (XRPL) went live on June 2, 2021. As such, it is one of the oldest coins still standing, older than Ethereum and almost every other altcoin trading. Related Reading: Why The Extreme FUD And Bearish Pressure Could Be Good News For The XRP Price Crypto Patel also touched on some misconceptions about XRP. First, he stated that there was no mining as all 100 billion tokens were created at the start. Furthermore, there was never an ICO for the token, and the analyst noted that this is the part the crowd gets wrong. Instead of a public token sale, he revealed that XRP was handed out through giveaways, partner deals, and private sales. As such, XRP doesn’t have an ICO price. The analyst also noted that XRP exchange trading began in August 2013, with the token trading at around $0.0058. In its first year, the token ranged between $0.005 and $0.01. XRP then rallied to an all-time high (ATH) near $3.84 in January 2018. It is worth noting that it is around this period that it recorded a parabolic rally of 1,400% in a few weeks. Analyst Points To The Crash After The SEC Lawsuit Crypto Patel also mentioned that XRP crashed following the SEC’s 2020 allegations that the token was a security. The token fell to $0.11 within two years, representing a 97% crash from its ATH at the time. However, the token rallied to a new ATH of $3.66 in July 2025 as the SEC and Ripple settled the lawsuit that had lasted for almost five years. Related Reading: If XRP Price Loses This Current Support, This Is How Low It Will Go The analyst remarked that XRP’s survival for this long is in itself an achievement, seeing as it went from half a cent to almost $4 and then through a multi-year SEC battle. Crypto Patel said that this achievement is the part that gets lost in the noise. He added that despite all that the token has been through, it is still trading just above $1, which represents around a 207x increase from its first exchange listing. XRP also currently stands out as one of the tokens with regulatory clarity, as Judge Analisa Torres ruled in the SEC lawsuit that it is not a security. At the time of writing, the XRP price is trading at around $1.09, down over 2% in the last 24 hours, according to data from CoinMarketCap. Featured image from Freepik, chart from Tradingview.com
Ripple’s possible public listing has returned to the conversation after SBI Holdings CEO Yoshitaka Kitao gave one of the clearest long-range timelines yet from a major Ripple shareholder. Yoshitaka Kitao, the CEO and President of SBI, one of Japan’s largest financial conglomerates, made remarks that have since resonated with members of the XRP community. Speaking about his long-term investment intentions, Kitao stated he is willing to pour in $626 million at the lower end and $1.25 billion at the upper end into Ripple when the payments technology company goes public. SBI CEO Says Ripple Needs To Go Public The question of whether Ripple Labs will ever trade on a public exchange has followed the company for years, although Ripple’s executives have been consistent in cooling expectations regarding an IPO. Related Reading: Ripple’s Move To Privacy: How A Re-organization Of The XRP Ledger Will Affect The Network While speaking at a recent conference in Tokyo, Japan, Kitao said that when Ripple Labs goes public, he plans to invest heavily in the company. According to his remarks, the company would be willing to put in ¥100 billion or even ¥200 billion at once to fully complete everything. Interestingly, the SBI Holdings CEO added that he believes Ripple will probably go public in about 12 years, while also saying that Ripple needs to go public. That timeline places the possible listing outside the current cycle, as it points to somewhere around 2038. The comment matters because Kitao is not a distant observer and not an XRP commentator trying to predict the next catalyst for an XRP price surge. SBI has been one of Ripple’s most consistent backers, and its relationship with the company stretches back to 2016. SBI invested in Ripple Labs and later co-founded SBI Ripple Asia, a joint venture focused on using Ripple’s technology for cross-border payment services in Asia. SBI has also publicly disclosed that it holds approximately 9% of Ripple Labs, making it one of the company’s largest external shareholders. The Firm Has Always Resisted The IPO Talk Comments regarding a Ripple IPO have followed the company for years, especially after its legal battle with the US Securities and Exchange Commission officially ended in 2025. Ripple has also grown as a company into custody, stablecoin infrastructure, real-world asset tokenization, and acquisitions. Related Reading: Here’s How XRP Is Making Its Next Major Push Into The Trillion-Dollar Wall Street However, Ripple executives have also noted that the company is not rushing into an IPO. For instance, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse dismissed talks of an IPO last year, saying the company does not need outside funding. Ripple President Monica Long also said in January 2026 that Ripple still planned to stay private, explaining that the company’s balance sheet gives it enough room to keep growing without raising capital from public markets. This position also fits with Ripple’s recent private-market strength, as Ripple had raised $500 million at a valuation of about $40 billion in late 2025. A new research report from Grayscale Investments is putting Hyperliquid in the spotlight, describing it as a breakout success story in the evolving crypto market. The report highlights how the platform has rapidly gained traction by combining high-performance trading infrastructure with a fully on-chain model, positioning itself as a serious contender in the derivatives space. Hyperliquid’s Integrated Ecosystem Is Drawing Industry Recognition Grayscale Investments has significantly elevated the institutional profile of Hyperliquid after releasing a detailed research report titled “Hyperliquid Breaks the Mold”. An analyst known as Crypto Banter on X has revealed that in the report, Grayscale reportedly describes Hyperliquid as one of the breakout success stories of the modern digital asset industry. Related Reading: Hyperliquid Is Becoming A Core Infrastructure Layer For Crypto Finance The report points to several factors behind Hyperliquid’s rise, including its reported $800 million in annualized 2025 revenue, positioning it among the largest crypto assets by market capitalization, and a dominant force in the perpetuals trading market. Grayscale pointed out Hyperliquid’s open architecture, expanding spot trading, commodities, and even outcome-based markets. This versatility is also combined with self-custody principles and centralized exchange-level performance. In a notable move, Graysclae has also filed and recently amended an S-1 registration for a proposed Hyperliquid ETF, though approval from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) remains pending. Crypto Banter noted that this is a meaningful institutional recognition for a project that has generated real revenue, demonstrated strong product-market fit, and delivered technical innovation. Despite its rapid growth, the report emphasized that Hyerliquid’s revenue is small compared to the massive traditional global derivatives industry, pointing to significant upside if it continues taking market share. Why Hyperliquid Is Difficult To Compare With Traditional Crypto Platforms Hyperliquid stands apart from both traditional finance and existing crypto projects, offering a distinct and forward-looking model for blockchain-based financial systems. Rather than fitting neatly into established categories, the platform is described as breaking the mold. An investor known as Gustavo Am on X has also explained that Hyperliquid is offering a compelling vision for the future of blockchain-based finance. Related Reading: Hyperliquid Puts Wall Street Onchain — Will This Warp Crypto Volatility Next? At its core, Hyperliquid operates on an open architecture platform that encourages permissionless innovation, enabling it to stay true to foundational DeFi principles such as transparency and self-custody. At the same time, it is also structured around a highly optimized core application that has already proven its ability to attract and retain users. This dual approach positions Hyerliquid as more than just another protocol. However, if it continues to execute effectively, retain and grow its dedicated community, and benefits from favorable regulatory developments, it could potentially open the path to broader adoption and become a financial services juggernaut. Crypto analyst Chain Mind has indicated that the Bitcoin price has yet to bottom. He alluded to historical performance, which shows that BTC has never bottomed without touching the EMA 300. Bitcoin Price Unlikely To Bottom Before Touching This Level In an X post, Chain Mind indicated that the Bitcoin price is unlikely to bottom out without first touching the EMA300. He noted that BTC has never bottomed without touching this level, as it did in 2020 and 2022, when it tagged the weekly EMA300 right before the cycle low. Specifically, Bitcoin’s bottom came 10% below the EMA in 2020 and 15% in 2022. Related Reading: Bitcoin Is Repeating This Midterm Pattern That Sends Price Tumbling 15% On Average The analyst noted that in this cycle, the Bitcoin price bounced from $60,000 without ever reaching the EMA, suggesting the real bottom isn’t in. He added that if the pattern repeats, BTC must drop to around $58,000, marking the last bottom in this bear cycle. In another X post, the analyst indicated that BTC was mirroring the price action during the 2022 bear market. This came as he revealed that the Bitcoin price had just rejected the 200MA, a move that also occurred in 2022. He explained that this confirms the bearish macro structure after BTC tagged the 200D MA again at $82,000. As such, if the 2022 pattern repeats, the leading crypto must drop 40% to 60% from the rejection point. He added that this means that the real cycle bottom must be around the $50,000 to $55,000 range. Bitcoin is once again in a downtrend after failing to hold above the psychological $80,000 level. This comes amid bearish catalysts such as the US-Iran war, rising inflation, and bets of a Fed rate hike this year. BTC’s latest decline came after the SEC delayed its approval of tokenized stocks. The Plan Remains The Same For BTC Crypto analyst Kaleo declared that the plan remains the same for the Bitcoin price despite traders on Kalshi betting against a rally to $100,000 this year. He urged market participants to zoom out and be more bullish. As for what could happen, he predicts a retest in the lower $70,000 range, then a rebound to between $80,000 and $90,000, and a range there for the summer. Related Reading: If You’re Looking To Bitcoin Above $90,000, This Analyst Says To Watch This Bearish OB Level Once that happens, the analyst predicts that the Bitcoin price will then rally above $100,000 and reach a new all-time high (ATH) in the fall and winter. Notably, the CLARITY Act could pass between now and then, which could spark a massive rally for the leading crypto. At the time of writing, the Bitcoin price is trading at around $75,400, down over 2% in the last 24 hours, according to data from CoinMarketCap. As the race to tokenize real-world assets (RWAs) accelerates, ONDO is quietly positioning itself as one of the most influential players in the growing sector. While the market shifts toward real-world asset tokenization, ONDO has continued to expand its footprint in tokenized finance by building products that bridge traditional financial markets with blockchain infrastructure. Why ONDO Is Emerging As A Leader In The Real-World Asset Sector ONDO Finance is quietly emerging as one of the most influential players in the rapidly expanding tokenized finance sector. A KOL manager and advisor, known as BitBull on X, has revealed that tokenized US Treasury products have now grown into a $13.7 billion market capitalization, with Ondo already ranking among the largest issuers in the space. Related Reading: ONDO Proves the Protocol Wins, Token Holders Lose – The BMIC Crypto Presale Flips That Model With Real Utility At the same time, tokenized stocks are gaining momentum, surpassing $1.5 billion in total value locked (TVL) as assets such as NCDAon, IBITon, MUon, and IVVon attract growing investor demand through Ondo Global markets. Meanwhile, the broader shift happening behind the scenes is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore. Users can now access the US stocks, ETFs, and treasury products directly on-chain, without relying on traditional brokerage infrastructure. While Ethereum continues to dominate the tokenized asset landscape, Ondo has rapidly positioned itself as one of the major platforms accelerating real-world asset adoption across crypto markets. BitBull noted that this signals a transition beyond stablecoins, with capital markets slowly migrating onto on-chain, and Ondo aiming to sit at the center of that transformation. Tokenized Stocks Could Become Ondo’s Biggest Opportunity ONDO is increasingly being viewed as one of the most undervalued opportunities in the tokenized finance sector. According to Not Telling on X, the project originally positioned the ONDO token strictly as a governance asset to avoid potential regulatory issues tied to securities laws, particularly around sharing protocol-generated revenue with token holders. Related Reading: Ondo Secures SEC-Registered Infrastructure With Oasis Pro Acquisition However, with the introduction of a clearer regulatory framework, such as the CLARITY Act, the landscape may be shifting. The new guidance suggests that distributing protocol revenue to token holders may no longer automatically be classified as a security asset. At the same time, the evolving stance of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) toward tokenized assets is reinforcing Ondo’s position as the best. The platform is already a dominant player in tokenized stocks, reportedly controlling a significant 60% shares of the market. If Ondo moves forward with the revenue-sharing protocol with token holders, the combination of real yield and strong positioning in tokenized real-world assets could significantly reprice the token. In that scenario, ONDO’s trajectory toward becoming a top-tier crypto asset, potentially breaking into the top 10 or even top 5, would come into focus. Ripple’s early push into banking partnerships may be finding new relevance in an unexpected place. One of its long-time collaborators has resurfaced at the center of X Money, the payments initiative tied to X’s broader ambition to become a global financial super app. What once served as a bridge for Ripple’s cross-border settlement network is now part of infrastructure aimed at scaling digital payments to a massive user base. How A Ripple-Linked Bank Became Part Of Elon Musk’s Payment Push A Ripple-linked banking partner from the company’s earliest expansion days has now surfaced inside Elon Musk’s X Money ecosystem. RippleXity revealed on X that Cross River Bank, one of the first US banks to integrate Ripple’s Payment protocol back in 2014 for real-time cross-border transfers between the US and Europe, is now powering part of X Money’s beta rollout through its regulated banking services. Related Reading: Why Ripple’s XRP Is A Better Transaction Choice Compared To SWIFT The same Cross River Bank that reportedly issues the Visa Debit and Flex Cards appears in X Money’s beta program. With X building its payments layer through regulated banking and card infrastructure, this places a Ripple-linked financial institution inside Musk’s expanding digital payments infrastructure. Furthermore, the development has quickly drawn attention across the XRP community because it creates a direct historical overlap between Ripple’s early settlement technology and X Money’s regulated banking framework. While there is still no official confirmation of the XRP integration within X Money, many see Cross River Bank’s role as a significant connection that is difficult to dismiss. Ripple Prime Revenue Surges Despite XRP Trading Below All-Time High Although XRP continues to trade below 50% its all-time high, Ripple’s broader infrastructure business appears to be gaining momentum behind the scenes. A technical analyst known as ChartNerd has noted that institutional adoption across Ripple’s ecosystem is accelerating, with Ripple Prime emerging as one of the company’s strongest growth drivers. Ripple and XRP have been building this infrastructure for over a decade, from surviving regulatory battles and securing a major victory against the SEC to expanding XRP Ledger functionality. XRP rules as a commodity, expanding XRPFI and DeFi capabilities, strategic acquisitions, banking partnerships, and strengthening its global infrastructure through XRPL upgrades. With more than 300 institutional clients and increasing global licensing approvals, these fundamentals have never been stronger, and clarity is on the horizon. The XRP price action has long been a topic of debate in the crypto community, with analysts and investors discussing the reasons behind its weak performance despite ongoing bullish developments. Given the cryptocurrency’s persistent downtrend, some market participants have labeled XRP a scam, suggesting that it lacks real potential and its price is being deliberately suppressed. However, a crypto pundit has addressed these claims, debunking the scam label while shedding light on XRP’s long-term potential as a trillion-dollar asset. Why Crypto Users Are Calling XRP A Scam Vincent Van Code, a crypto analyst on X, has outlined several reasons that counter the idea that XRP, the native token of the XRP Ledger (XRPL), could be a scam. In his post, he asked why people believed “XRP is a scam or it’s not being used.” The analyst’s question connects to the broader criticism that XRP’s price has remained low for years despite its active use in cross-border payments, strong community, partnerships with key financial institutions, and expansion into different regions. Related Reading: Ripple Execs Are Firing Back And XRP Investors Could Be In For A Good Time Before XRP’s rally above $3.5 in 2025, the cryptocurrency was in a steady downward trend for years. The XRP price had been consolidating around the $0.5 level for over four years before it broke past that level in 2024 and jumped above $2. With the SEC lawsuit officially over and new developments emerging for Ripple and the XRP Ledger, many believed it would be only a matter of time until the price began rallying again to an explosive high. However, XRP has done the opposite. After crashing from above $3.5 last year, the cryptocurrency has been trading at lower levels around $1.3 for months. This weak price action has prompted many in the crypto community to doubt XRP’s potential, with some labeling it a scam token. Analyst Debunks XRP Scam Labels In his X post, Van Code noted that XRP cannot be a scam if Ripple, a $50 billion company, is actively using the cryptocurrency and working to make it a multi-trillion-dollar asset. He said that there are ongoing plans to use XRP to handle over $1.5 trillion in cross-border payments each year, highlighting its potential role as a bridge currency in global transactions. Related Reading: XRP Price Set To Rise As It’s Set To Capture A $180 Trillion Market; Analyst Rather than focusing on near-term price action and current performance, the analyst emphasizes XRP’s core utility as a payments solution and how this could drive long-term potential. Van Code suggested that as XRP continues to be used for payments and gains widespread adoption, its price would begin to appreciate in good time. Until then, he urges investors and holders to remain patient as XRP builds real-world use and expands its network. Van Code also referenced a recent statement made by Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse, who emphasized the importance of XRP, saying that “all roads lead back to Ripple’s North Star, XRP.” Featured image from Adobe Stock, chart from Tradingview.com
Crypto pundit Crypto Dyl has revealed how high the XRP price could reach if it replicates its historical surge in 2017. This comes amid former Ripple CTO David Schwartz’s statement in which he addresses predictions that the altcoin could rally to $10,000. Pundit Reveals XRP Price Target If It Mirrors 2017 Surge In an X post, Crypto Dyl stated that the XRP price could rally to $1,044 if it sees another supply shock and records a 768x gain as it did in 2017. He noted that in 2017, the altcoin rallied from $0.005 to $3.84 due to a supply shock. The pundit added that XRP had decoupled from Bitcoin prior to the SEC’s lawsuit against Ripple, which helped contribute to this rally. Related Reading: Breaking Down The Price Modelling That Puts XRP As High As $18,000 Crypto pundit SMQKE had recently alluded to the XRP price surge in 2017, noting that this was something important for XRP investors to remember. He highlighted how XRP delivered nearly 350x returns during the period, compared to Bitcoin and Ethereum, which gained 14x and 100x, respectively. SMQKE stated that XRP was able to achieve such massive returns without Ripple making any major acquisition at the time to boost the token’s use case. As such, he believes that the XRP price is better positioned to record more significant gains than it was back then, since Ripple has made major acquisitions that have boosted the token’s use case. However, amid these bullish outlooks for the XRP price, crypto pundit ChartNerd has warned about ultra-bullish price targets for the altcoin. He stated that the overly ambitious price targets being thrown around for XRP are far more “dangerous and unrealistic” than the predictions of a drop below $1, which are grounded in historical data. Former Ripple CTO Comments On $10,000 XRP Prediction In an X post, former Ripple CTO David Schwartz suggested that an XRP price rally to $10,000 as unlikely to ever happen. He stated that if there were a few “very rich, very rational” people who really believed that there was a 1% chance that XRP could hit this target in ten years, they would be bidding the altcoin up to at least $20 today. Related Reading: Pundit Shares The Most Important Thing To Remember About XRP Meanwhile, he also addressed assumptions that Ripple had ways to drive the XRP price higher. He noted that they have explained what they are doing, why they are doing it, and what they hope to achieve. The former Ripple CTO added that they are not hiding any grand conspiracy about XRP, even if they aren’t transparent about everything. Schwartz also indicated that there is no way they would have waited this long if indeed they had ways to boost XRP’s price. At the time of writing, the XRP price is trading at around $1.38, up in the last 24 hours, according to data from CoinMarketCap. Featured image from Adobe Stock, chart from Tradingview.com
When Gary Gensler left the US Securities and Exchange Commission in January 2025, Bitcoin was trending higher, and many expected a more favorable regulatory backdrop to drive further upside. Instead, BTC has fallen sharply to a zone that complicates a once-popular narrative that regulation, or Gensler specifically, was the primary force holding the market back. Bitcoin’s Price May Be Saying More About Markets Than Regulators The market reaction to regulatory change hasn’t played out the way many expected. Analyst Benjamin Cowen has mentioned on X that when Gary Gensler stepped down from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in January 2025, Bitcoin was trading around $109,000. Today, it sits closer to $75,000. Related Reading: Crypto Markets Rattle As Bitcoin Sinks Under $77K Following Oil Spike Cowen argues that one major reason the crypto markets have suffered is that market participants started to lose faith in the industry itself. After Gensler left, it essentially just opened the floodgates to the grift age of crypto. During the period, the influencers and politicians were launching memecoins and rug-pulling their followers every day, without fear of any repercussions. This led to a massive misallocation of capital, with liquidity flowing into speculative assets instead of strengthening the broader ecosystem. While people celebrated Gensler’s exit, it marked a turning point in the industry, with BTC only marginally going higher before entering a bear market. According to Cowen, now that some people are celebrating Jerome Powell’s removal as chair of the Federal Reserve, it is a sign that history could repeat itself. They celebrated it in the short term, which will mark a turning point in credibility for the Fed in a few years. If the Fed becomes another cabinet within the executive branch, it may lead to a lack of trust in the institution. In a few years, participants will realize that markets were better off with Powell than without him. Liquidity Sweeps Into FOMC Are Becoming A Familiar Setup Bitcoin has shown a consistent pattern around Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meetings, and it’s not bullish in the short term. A crypto trader known as Max Trades highlighted that following the last seven FOMC meetings, BTC dropped sharply after each decision. Related Reading: Bitcoin Setup Suggests Liquidity Hunt Before Next Directional Move What makes the current setup notable is how closely it mirrors the conditions seen before the March meeting. Back then, price rallied into the event, repeatedly sweeping local highs while building a large pool of liquidity below. That structure marked the local top, followed by a 13% correction that erased most of the prior move. Heading into the current interest rate decision, these factors are in place, with BTC price trading just below a major higher-timeframe resistance level, adding another layer of confluence to the downside scenario. However, if this same scenario plays out similarly, the BTC price could point to the formation of another local top around this event. Featured image from Pixabay, chart from Tradingview.com
New reports reveal that XRP’s Open Interest (OI) Z-Score has declined to extremely low levels, indicating reduced speculation and a possible leverage reset. According to analysts, the last time XRP’s OI Z-Score reached this level, it triggered an explosive 600% rally to new highs in 2024, ending the cryptocurrency’s years-long decline and consolidation. XRP Open Interest Z-Score Declines To Near Zero Market analyst Xaif Crypto has taken to X to highlight a major shift in XRP’s leverage conditions across the futures market. According to the analyst, derivatives activity has cooled down sharply as Open Interest has returned to a neutral baseline. Related Reading: Japan Is Going In On XRP, But Can This Drive The Price To $10? Sharing a chart, Xaif Crypto noted that XRP’s Open Interest Z-Score has now flattened near zero, signaling that current positioning among traders is no longer stretched or extreme compared to historical levels. The analyst revealed that this decline suggests that speculation has faded from the market, with leverage also significantly reduced. The shift also points to a reset in XRP’s market structure, where activity is now more balanced and less driven by crowd positioning or heavy bets in different directions. Interestingly, Xaif Crypto has compared the move to a historical setup, noting that the last time XRP’s OI Z-Score compressed to similar levels, the market entered a strong expansion phase, triggering a massive price rally. During that period in 2024, XRP climbed from $0.50 to $3.40, rallying by more than 600% before momentum cooled. Notably, the price surge followed years of decline and consolidation in XRP around the $0.50 area. The cryptocurrency spent most of 2024 trading between $0.40 and $0.70 while the U.S. SEC lawsuit dragged on. The lawsuit was filed in December 2020, keeping XRP suppressed for nearly five years before final settlement in 2025. Once sentiment shifted, XRP surged over 400% in November 2024 alone, jumping from $0.50 to above $2.5. It then pushed past $3.40 by January 2025 before climbing toward $3.6 in July, just shy of its $3.84 all-time high. OI And Leverage Drop Signals Potential Price Surge In a connected post, Xaif Crypto noted that XRP’s Open Interest has been steadily declining since a previous blow-off phase in November 2025. As a result, OI is now almost flat across major crypto exchanges, including Binance, ByBit, and OKX, suggesting that fewer traders are currently using borrowed money to bet on XRP’s price direction. Related Reading: XRP And Bitcoin Investors Are ‘Trapped’, But Is There A Way Out? Xaif Crypto also pointed out that leverage levels are now at an extreme low, with Binance’s estimated leverage ratio dropping to around 0.15. This indicates that traders are avoiding taking large, risky bets at the moment. He noted that the market is currently in a calm phase, with most aggressive trading already cleared out. According to the analyst, this kind of low activity often appears before major market moves. With less leverage in the system, there is reduced selling pressure but also less momentum in the market. However, this also means that when new traders return, the XRP price could move up quickly. Featured image from Adobe Stock, chart from Tradingview.com
The mechanics behind XRP’s supply have always been public. A breakdown on X from crypto commentator Crypto Tony looks at the process of XRP unlocks in particular, with the theory that the payments technology company is, in fact, diluting every holder of XRP. The Escrow Machine and How It Works In a detailed post on X, a crypto commentator known as Crypto Tony laid out an interesting theory as to why Ripple keeps unlocking and selling millions of XRP every month to his hundreds of thousands of followers. Related Reading: 4-Figure XRP: How High Will The Price Be If Ripple Captures 50% Of SWIFT? To understand the controversy, it starts with how XRP was created and distributed. When XRP launched in 2012, all 100 billion tokens were minted at once. Ripple’s founders took 20 billion for themselves and handed the remaining 80 billion to the company. For the first five years, nothing legally prevented Ripple from selling as much of that supply as it wanted. In late 2017, the company placed 55 billion XRP into escrow accounts on the XRP Ledger. These escrows release up to 1 billion XRP every month, automatically, on a fixed schedule. This was probably meant to address concerns that Ripple could flood the market at any time. Based on that framework, Ripple releases one billion XRP each month but relocks between 60% and 80% of the tokens, and they keep the rest, which is roughly 200 to 300 million XRP. According to Crypto Tony, the remainder is kept by Ripple and used to fund the entire company. Ripple Is Diluting XRP Holders A major part of the analyst’s discussion is how Ripple has been diluting the value of traders holding XRP, citing major examples as to how this is happening. Related Reading: Is XRP The Solution To Everything? Ripple President Drops Bombshell That Changes Everything That funding model has been acknowledged publicly. Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse has previously indicated in interviews that XRP sales play a role in sustaining the company. The more uncomfortable chapter noted by Crypto Tony concerns how Ripple has, at various points, used its commercial partnerships to move XRP into the market through a secondary layer of sellers. An example is when Ripple paid MoneyGram more than $61 million in market development fees to use XRP. MoneyGram subsequently told reporters it sold XRP as soon as it received it, holding no inventory of the token. The SEC addressed this arrangement in its complaint against Ripple, writing that MoneyGram had become a conduit for Ripple’s unregistered XRP sales. According to Crypto Tony, every holder of XRP is being slowly diluted by the company itself, by design, on a monthly schedule that’s written into the blockchain. This is a major reason as to why XRP is now down six consecutive months. Crypto Tony also mentioned Jed McCaleb, co-founder of Ripple, as another conduit through which the holdings of XRP holders were diluted. McCaleb left the company with 9 billion XRP and spent 8 years dumping about $3.2 billion worth of his holdings. At the time of writing, Ripple still has about 33.355 billion XRP in its escrow wallets, according to data from XRPScan. Featured image from Pxfuel, chart from Tradingview.com
Most crypto investors develop convictions through price charts and market cycles. XRP Bags, a widely followed XRP enthusiast on X, holds his through something else entirely, which is a documented paper trail connecting Ripple to nearly every major institution currently building a new financial system. In a post that has circulated across the XRP community, the analyst laid out a short version of why he has never wavered on XRP, regardless of market conditions. XRP Has A Seat On Every Table That Matters XRP Bags’ conviction on XRP is mostly due to its access. Ripple, he notes, was the only crypto company invited to the Federal Reserve’s payments task force, the only one featured by the World Bank’s Better Than Cash Alliance, and the first ISO 20022 member focused on distributed ledger technology. Related Reading: Pundit Says This Chart Paints The Clearest Macro Picture For XRP In July 2025, the US Federal Reserve officially adopted ISO 20022 for its FedWire Funds Service, requiring all financial institutions using FedWire to send and receive messages in the new format. Ripple had already positioned itself ahead of that transition. In 2020, it became the first blockchain company to join the ISO 20022 Standards Body and has since aligned its infrastructure, particularly RippleNet, to meet the standard’s requirements. The analyst also pointed to Ripple’s seats on the IMF’s fintech advisory board, the World Economic Forum, the Digital Dollar Project, the Digital Pound Foundation, and the Digital Euro Association as reasons why he keeps holding XRP through everything. The mention of Ripple’s participation in the Federal Reserve’s Faster Payments Task Force is often cited within the XRP community as a key milestone. These partnerships were also noted at WEF 2026 in Davos, where Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse participated in discussions around blockchain, CBDCs, and cross-border payments. The Talent Strategy Behind Ripple XRP Bags is not relying on Ripple’s partnerships alone on its conviction, but also on the talent behind Ripple’s workings and who the company has chosen to hire. Related Reading: Ripple CEO’s Comments Stir Up A Wave, Here’s What He Said Over time, Ripple has brought in individuals with backgrounds tied to regulators. The list he cited includes former US Treasury officials, former Federal Reserve attorneys, former SWIFT board members, former SEC chairs, former BlackRock digital asset executives, and former Obama and Clinton administration advisors. According to the pundit, this list is composed of people who were chosen to build the new financial system before most people knew a new financial system was being built. He summed it up by asserting that “the people building the future already made their choice.” There’s no denying the fact that Ripple is positioning itself as a top contender in the future of finance. In 2025, Ripple engaged in an acquisition spree, spending nearly $4 billion in total ecosystem investments and strategic deals, including almost $3 billion on major acquisitions. These moves are expected to strengthen the foundation of XRP’s long-term value. According to CEO Brad Garlinghouse, improving XRP utility is Ripple’s North Star, and some of its major acquisitions from last year have already surpassed internal projections. Solana is flashing mixed signals as price tightens beneath key resistance while early signs of momentum weakness begin to emerge. A clean breakout above $95 could ignite a swift move toward the $100–$105 zone, but fading RSI suggests underlying strength may be weakening. Pressure Builds As Solana Holds Firm Below Resistance Solana is tightening just beneath a resistance zone, and the pressure is becoming harder to ignore with each passing move. According to crypto analyst Marcus Corvinus, repeated rejections around the $92–$95 range have not triggered any meaningful breakdown so far. That resilience keeps the bullish structure intact despite multiple tests of resistance. Related Reading: Solana Key Indicator Flashes First Bullish Signal Since January – Market Rebound Incoming? An ascending trendline is steadily guiding the price higher. Buyers are stepping in earlier on each dip, preventing deeper pullbacks and gradually compressing prices into the resistance zone. Such action is rarely random; rather, it signals that strength is building beneath the surface as accumulation continues quietly. A clean break and sustained hold above $95 could act as a trigger for momentum to expand rapidly, potentially sending Solana toward the $100–$105 region in a relatively short time. On the flip side, if the ascending trendline gives way, it would open the door for a sharp drop into the $78–$75 demand zone, where buyers may attempt to regain control. Current conditions indicate a classic squeeze setup, where tightening price action often leads to a strong directional move. Once either side gives in, the resulting breakout or breakdown is unlikely to be gradual. Rare Divergence: Momentum Breaks On USDT While BTC Pair Holds In a recent analysis, Umair Crypto highlighted an emerging weakness in Solana’s structure, noting that the RSI on the USDT pair is already fading while the BTC pair has yet to follow. Once the point of control (POC) at $12,573 breaks, both pairs are likely to decline in sync, setting the stage for a broader move lower. Related Reading: Solana (SOL) Loses Critical Support as Crypto Weakness Deepens, Fresh Lows Ahead? Solana is showing a rare divergence, where the RSI trendline has broken on the USDT pair first, but the BTC pair still reflects strength. Under normal conditions, weakness tends to appear on the BTC pair. However, when the USDT pair leads, it suggests that momentum is deteriorating faster than relative strength can conceal. Price recently surged toward $97 and is now retesting the 50 SMA, but the move lacks strong volume support. A push toward $101 remains possible, and such a move could form a bearish divergence. Rather than strength, that scenario would likely act as a setup, hinting that upside may be limited. Once the BTC pair breaks below the $12,573 POC, both pairs are expected to lose structure simultaneously, creating a powerful double-confirmation signal that could accelerate downside momentum. Initial targets sit around $77, with a deeper move toward $67 also in play. Despite the US Securities and Exchange Commission classifying SOL as a digital commodity on March 18, the fading RSI suggests the market is not reacting with strength. XRP is entering a pivotal moment in its evolution as growing regulatory clarity is reshaping its position within the global financial system. The recent developments suggest that XRP is increasingly being viewed through the lens of a commodity rather than a security. This distinction could significantly impact how XRP is traded, adopted, and integrated into institutional finance. How The Regulatory Clarity Signals A Turning Point For XRP XRP has been officially designated a digital commodity by the SEC and CFTC, which is a game-changing regulatory victory for crypto. Crypto commentator Pumpius has revealed on X that the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) have released a joint interpretive guidance clarifying how federal securities laws apply to digital assets. Related Reading: XRP Moves Into ‘Scarce Zone’ As Exchange Supply Dries Up In this framework, XRP is cited among examples of digital commodities. Meanwhile, these are assets whose value comes mainly from the programmatic utility of a functional, decentralized system combined with market-driven supply and demand, rather than from expectations of profit through the effort of others. This means other assets do not meet the Howey Test for securities. Pumpius explains that this distinction is significant because it will resolve the long-standing uncertainty for XRP after years of legal questions. With this classification, the guidance implies that oversight of assets in spot and secondary markets would shift primarily toward the CFTC. This development signals a broader stance that many major non-stablecoin cryptocurrencies may not qualify as securities. Furthermore, Pumpius emphasized that this move reflects a growing effort by the SEC and CFTC regulators to coordinate frameworks and reduce overlap. Thus, this is a formal Commission-level interpretation, not just staff guidance, and it brings significant legal clarity for developers, exchanges, and investors. Why XRP Adoption Trends Continue To Build Momentum According to Evernorthxrp, the largest public XRP treasury company, investors may want to look beyond short-term macro reactions and focus on what’s happening under the hood of XRP before responding to the latest Federal Reserve decision. The data show a rapidly strengthening network that XRP has now surpassed 7.7 million non-empty wallets for the first time in its 13-year history. Meanwhile, active addresses have climbed to a five-week high of 46,767 on March 16. Related Reading: XRP Ledger Transactions Triple In One Year – What’s Going On? At the same time, the tokenized commodities on XRP have surged from $111 million to $1.14 billion in 2026, giving the altcoin a notable share of over 15% of the global tokenized commodities market. Network usage is also accelerating, and XRP daily transactions have increased to nearly 3 million over the past week, with automated market maker (AMM) pools expanding to around 27,000. Evernorthxrp’s key takeaway is that these fundamentals remain unchanged regardless of whether interest rates sit at 3.5% or 3.75%. Featured image from Freepik, chart from Tradingview.com
Strategy has once again strengthened its aggressive digital asset vault, adding another billion-dollar allocation of Bitcoin to its growing treasury. The move reinforces the company’s long-standing belief that BTC represents the most reliable store of value in the digital era, positioning Strategy even further ahead as the largest corporate holder of the cryptocurrency. What Strategy’s Latest Purchase Means For The Capital Market According to analyst Adam Livingston’s post on X, Bitcoin advocate and Executive Chairman Michael Saylor of Strategy (MSTR) has released its latest Form 8-K, confirming another massive expansion of its BTC standard. Meanwhile, the BTC bears are currently consolidating around the market. Related Reading: Strategy’s Bitcoin Bet Now $3.35 Billion In The Red As Saylor Tells Investors To Wait This week, Strategy has intensified its aggressive accumulation strategy after revealing in a new filing that it raised more than $1.5 billion and used the capital to purchase 22,337 additional BTC. The latest acquisition pushes the company’s total BTC holding to approximately 761,068 BTC, reinforcing Strategy’s position as the largest corporate holder of the digital asset. Livingston argues that the balance sheet got heavier, the funding engine got smarter, and the anti-MSRT commentariat got hit with another folding chair made of SEC fillings. In the video shared by Livingston, the expert explains why Strategy’s latest move is viewed as overwhelmingly bullish for its long-term outlook. Furthermore, Livingston shared insight on how STRC is becoming a game-changer for common shareholders by offering a more efficient way for Strategy to raise capital and expand its BTC holdings without relying on traditional methods. The analysis also addresses ongoing criticism around dilution, which many bearish takes fail to account for the underlying mathematics of Strategy’s model. The company is evolving into a powerful BTC accumulation vehicle that is systematically absorbing liquidity from the market and positioning itself as a dominant force in the digital asset space. Why Cross-Margining Is A Game-Changer For Hedge Funds The recent regulatory developments are marking a significant shift in how Bitcoin is being integrated into traditional finance. Crypto analyst MartyParty revealed that the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), alongside institutions like the Options Clearing Corporation, has advanced rules via filings that allow cross-margining using BTC ETF holdings as collateral. Related Reading: US Bitcoin ETFs Hit 5-Day Inflow Streak For First Time In 2026 These changes allow hedge funds and institutional investors to use holdings in spot BTC ETFs such as IBIT and FBTC as collateral for equity options trading and other margin requirements. MartyParty highlighted that this development builds on earlier milestones, such as the approval of options BTC ETFs in 2024, including the ongoing expansion. Together, these developments reduce friction for institutions, making it easier to integrate BTC into broader portfolios without liquidation or segregating assets. The broader implication is a maturing financial ecosystem where BTC is increasingly treated as a legitimate collateral asset in TradFi, boosting liquidity and efficiency for large players. The institutional access to Ethereum continues to expand as traditional finance deepens its involvement in digital asset markets. A new development drawing attention is the launch of BlackRock’s ETHB, which introduces another potential channel for capital to flow into the ETH ecosystem. This product provides investors with regulated exposure to ETH through familiar market infrastructure. BlackRock has opened a new potential inflow channel for Ethereum with the launch of its staked ETH Trust, ETHB, which has begun trading. Analyst Milk Road has revealed on X that this ETHB is not just another ETH ETF, but one that actually pays investors while holding it. The development follows the rapid growth of BlackRock’s earlier crypto funds. The firm’s IBIT Bitcoin ETF has grown to roughly $55 billion in assets, while its first ETH ETF product, iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA), reached about $6.5 billion in assets shortly after launch. Both funds are ranked among the fastest-growing ETF launches in history, and ETHB is attempting to achieve what neither product couldn’t by combining ETH price exposure with staking rewards, which is the closest thing crypto has to a dividend. How The New Product Provides Exposure To Ethereum Staking For many investors, direct staking can be complicated, and participating typically requires 32 ETH, a technical setup, and acceptance of certain lock-up risks. ETHB aims to simplify that process by packaging staking within a regulated investment product that can be purchased through a standard brokerage account. The fund also introduces a relatively low management fee set at 0.12% on the first $2.5 billion in assets. Related Reading: Ethereum Staking Reaches Historic Levels, Price Hovers Near $2K Milk Road explains that if this move is successful, ETH could increasingly be treated as a yield-generating digital asset within a 401(k). Retirement accounts and pension funds can now gain access to staking rewards without directly interacting with wallets. For many, ETH is a technology bet and a narrative that takes a real hit, but it is now an income-generating digital asset. Thus, the first wave of spot ETH ETFs launched without staking functionality was rejected by the regulators. Now, they’ve accepted it because the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) effectively says that staking rewards are not securities, at least when wrapped inside a BlockRock product. Related Reading: Ethereum Breakout Alert: Corrective Channel Flip Sparks Impulsive Wave With BlackRock already managing tens of billions of dollars in BTC and ETH, ETHB presents a third channel for investor flow. Milk Road believes that if the product follows the same trajectory, it could become a significant new driver of institutional demand for ETH. Ethereum Sees Another Wave Of Aggressive Long Position Accumulation An analyst known as CW highlighted that Ethereum has continued to experience strong net buying pressure in long positions, following a surge that first appeared the previous day. The buying pattern closely mirrors the wave that occurred earlier, where large-scale purchases were executed within a short timeframe. Currently, the market appears to be taking a brief pause after the surge in long positions. Featured image from Freepik, chart from Tradingview.com
Recent market dynamics, most especially the launch of Spot Dogecoin ETFs, have seen Dogecoin slowly transitioning out of its meme coin status. Notably, a crypto pundit on X is of the notion that the transition is now at a tipping point. According to the pundit, there are three major reasons as to how Dogecoin could transition from a speculative asset into something far more functional as real money. If this plays out, the analyst believes Dogecoin’s price could rise from around $0.30 to $1.20 in a short time. Network Activation Through X Dogecoin has always been linked as a possible payment method on the social media platform X, and this is mostly due to Elon Musk’s public support for the cryptocurrency and his ambition to turn X into a combined financial and social platform. Related Reading: Dogecoin Vs. Shiba Inu: What Meme Coin Should You Buy For Most Returns In 2026? According to crypto pundit Sean Park on X, the scale of a potential integration as a payment method on X is the first way in which Dogecoin transitions into real money. This outlook is based on the upcoming X payments beta and the ambitions of Elon Musk’s ecosystem, including X, xAI, and SpaceX. If Dogecoin is introduced as a native or primary payment option, then it could become the beginning of what would become the greatest bullish phase for the meme coin. This means that deeper payment integration could strengthen user engagement, transaction data, and AI model training. Integrating DOGE as X’s native payment coin would activate the meme coin community, creating a cascade of “pay with DOGE” activity across the platform. Interestingly, Dogecoin’s fees are about one-tenth of competing networks like Solana or Ethereum, meaning users who try it once tend to keep using it. That surge in activity will ultimately generate a mountain of real-world transaction data. The result creates an effect where xAI grows smarter and more valuable at the same time X becomes stickier, locking out rivals like Google from the space. Two wins from one move, and without it, the analyst contends, an IPO at the $1.75 trillion target for X will be impossible. Infrastructure, Stablecoin Integration, And Competitive Timing The second reason is based on recent regulatory clarity from the US Securities and Exchange Commission, specifically an FAQ issued by SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce, regarding the way for easy swaps between US dollars and cryptocurrencies like Dogecoin. Stablecoins are expected to be fully integrated across major platforms by May or June 2026, and this is projected to create a system where USD-DOGE swaps become instant. Related Reading: This Analyst Predicted The Dogecoin Price Crash, But There’s More To The Forecast The third reason, which is perhaps the most urgent, has more to do with which social media platform becomes the go-to money app. The most pressure is coming from Telegram, which is building out its TON blockchain-based payment ecosystem. Without a native payment coin, X will remain, as the pundit puts it bluntly, “just a tweet place.” Adding Dogecoin changes the platform’s fundamental identity from a social network to a financial hub. The Dogecoin fanbase, which is already one of the most vocal and engaged communities in crypto, would become X’s de facto marketing army, spreading the social media platform’s adoption organically. The regulatory outlook for Ethereum is gaining renewed attention following signals from Paul Atkins, who has reportedly informally characterized the digital asset as a non-security digital commodity. This development marks a potentially significant shift in how US regulators view ETH’s legal status, offering greater clarity for investors, institutions, and the broader cryptocurrency industry. What A Non-Security Label Means For Ethereum The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairman Paul Atkins has already informally described Ethereum as a non-security digital commodity. An investor and commentator, Paul Barron, has revealed on X that this new fast-track proposal for tokenized securities is positioning ETH not just merely as a coin, but as the foundational settlement layer for the world’s new on-chain financial system. Related Reading: $91M Ethereum Buy: Bitmine Immersion Bets Big On ETH Even As Market Volatility Persists This shift suggests that ETH could play a central role in tokenizing traditional financial instruments, including bonds and real-world assets (RWAs). However, if regulatory innovation exemptions materialize, the market could see a surge in tokenized securities and real-world asset projects moving to the ETH mainnet. Ethereum was once the get-rich-quick asset that turned early holders into millionaires overnight. A full-time stock investor and founder of the TD Indicator StockTrader Max pointed out that ETH has evolved into a long-term value investment with lower, steadier growth that rewards patience and conviction rather than hype and timing. StockTrader Max argues that investors who own ETH and expect immediate profits over weeks or months may find the current market environment disappointing, because ETH is an asset that should be held in many portfolios with a time horizon of years, not just months. From a technical perspective, Max highlights that the accumulation zone has continued to grow. Meanwhile, if ETH breaks out of this 5-year accumulation zone, the price will surge, and participants will wish they accumulated from this current level below the 200-week moving average (200 WMA). Understanding Ethereum’s Civilizational Role In Digital Finance Investors should stop focusing on what Vitalik Buterin sells or says. According to blockchain author and investor William Mougayar, Ethereum is infrastructure and civilizational, and its trajectory does not hinge on any single individual portfolio activity or commentary. Related Reading: How Ethereum Could Become The Default Network For AI Development, Vitalik Explains While Vitalik plays a meaningful role in shaping discourse and influencing ideas, he does not control the destiny of applications. While systemic value originates at the protocol layers where Vitalik and the Ethereum Foundation (EF) have the most pull, the monetization and new forms of value tend to emerge higher in the stack. However, conflating base-layer infrastructure with application cycles or institutional timing, and if one individual trades can shake conviction, then the investor has fundamentally misunderstood the permissionless nature of the stack. ETH should be evaluated on its architectural inevitability, not on daily narratives. Featured image from Freepik, chart from Tradingview.com
The long-term value of XRP is increasingly tied to the development of the global financial infrastructure it was designed to support. Rather than relying on short-term price speculation or fixed adoption timelines, XRP was designed to operate at the plumbing level of global finance, where adoption depends on regulatory clarity, institutional integration, liquidity depth, and real transaction flow. These systems are built quietly, tested extensively, and activated only when reliability is proven. Why Financial Infrastructure Comes Before XRP Mass Adoption XRP’s journey has never been hitting precise timestamps on the chart, because utility does not operate on a calendar. An analyst known as ChartNerd on X has revealed that the journey to $27 has been a projected path for years, and based on a stack of multiple Fibonacci time maps and extension targets, the road to 2030 is where the vision fully aligns. Related Reading: Ripple’s Next Steps: Where XRP Stops Being Trade And Starts Being Infrastrucutre ChartNerd argues that what the market is witnessing right now is the groundwork for the foundation-building phase led by Ripple, following regulatory clarity from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This phase includes expanding institutional infrastructure, banking charters, and ETF inflows, all of which require time to scale before translating into measurable price impact. In that context, the short-term noise might fluctuate about the price action. However, the macro trend for XRP points toward progressive valuation milestones of $8, $13, and ultimately the $27 zone targets as the global settlement adoption scales. This thesis is not about timing individual candles, but about a structural shift towards 2030, where utility-driven value overtakes market speculation. How The XRP Ledger Becomes A Safe Infrastructure To Integrate The passing of the Clarity Act would mark a decisive turning point for XRP. A crypto analyst known as Bird on X has noted that the leading altcoin already has a unique level of legal clarity due to prior court rulings that confirmed it is not inherently a security when traded on secondary markets, an advantage most digital assets are still waiting to acquire. Related Reading: Japan’s XRP Integration Signals A Shift In Global Capital Flows According to Bird, the Clarity Act would move a step further by establishing a defined regulatory framework for digital assets, especially how they are classified and used, removing uncertainty for institutions, payment providers, and large-scale capital allocators. Once the rules are written into law, the biggest barrier, which is regulatory hesitation, will no longer sit in the background of every integration decision. With regulatory hesitation reduced, broader adoption can accelerate, liquidity will deepen, and real utility can finally scale at speed, because companies can now gain the confidence to build on and integrate the XRP Ledger (XRPL) without worrying about sudden rule changes. XRP and Bitcoin (BTC) were pitted against each other in a recent analysis, with market expert X Finance Bull revealing what early investors could have gained if they had invested $500 into both XRP and BTC in 2014. The analysis compares the performance of both cryptocurrencies over the years, highlighting the factors behind XRP’s growth and sustained momentum. What $500 In Bitcoin And XRP in 2014 Is Worth Today A new analysis by X Finance Bull reveals the dramatic growth potential of early investments in Bitcoin and XRP. According to the report, a $500 investment in XRP at the 2014 lows would be worth approximately $255,000 today. He compares XRP’s gains with those of Bitcoin, noting that if investors had bet the same amount in BTC in 2014, their investments would have grown to around $133,000. Related Reading: Analysts At Leading Wealth Manager Predict Bitcoin’s 2026 Price, And It’s Very Bullish These figures suggest that XRP outperformed Bitcoin by more than twice over the same period, delivering a 511-fold return, compared to BTC’s 266-fold gain. During that time, XRP’s performance benefited not only from early, steady adoption and speculative interest but also from the continued development of its underlying payment system. Over the years, XRP has moved beyond a purely speculative asset, gaining more traction as it evolves into a potential global settlement layer. Sharing similar sentiments, X Finance Bull highlighted how XRP’s infrastructure developments have significantly supported its significant price growth today. He noted that the cryptocurrency has seen major progress in areas such as Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs), banking licenses, and enterprise-level adoption. Notably, XRP Spot ETFs officially launched in November 2025, attracting massive inflows that have significantly boosted demand for XRP among institutional investors. In addition, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has conditionally approved Ripple’s application to establish a national trust bank charter. All of these developments have contributed to XRP’s price growth over the past few months. Investors Reap Rewards For Holding XRP Through Volatility In his post, X Finance Bull suggested that investors who held onto their XRP positions through the volatile years “know why they held.” Following the cryptocurrency’s dramatic rally above $3, many investors reaped the rewards of staying invested from its lows and trusting in its potential for future price appreciation. Related Reading: XRP’s 1,500% Path To $24: Analyst Warns Investors To Be Prepared For When The Correction Resolves From 2018 to 2025, XRP struggled with a lawsuit filed by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). During those years of legal turmoil, many investors continued to hold onto their XRP despite the uncertainty and price stagnancy. Following Ripple’s legal win, XRP surpassed $3 in 2025, marking its first break above that level since 2018. Compared to XRP, Bitcoin has also experienced significant growth in the past few years. After crossing the $100,000 threshold in 2024, BTC continued its surge into 2025, finally hitting a peak above $126,000 in October. Featured image from Shutterstock, chart from Tradingview.com
Crypto analyst Austin has commented on how XRP could record a 1,500% rally to $24 based on an Elliot Wave theory. He also stated that the rally will be swift, which is why the analyst warned investors to be prepared when the current correction is over. XRP Eyes 1,500% Rally To $24 as Analyst Warns Investors To Be Prepared In an X post, Austin shared an accompanying chart showing that XRP could rally to $24 on Wave 5 of an Elliot Wave analysis. Meanwhile, the altcoin is expected to reach between $8 and $14 on Wave 3, which the analyst expects to happen anytime soon. He remarked that XRP is well-positioned to begin the macro 3rd wave into price discovery at any moment. Related Reading: XRP Price Has Just Reached Most Oversold Level In History And This Analyst Is Predicting A Bounce Austin further mentioned that the XRP rally on this Wave 3 could be right around the corner or that it could take a while longer to work out this correction before the next impulse. However, he warned investors to be prepared because when this correction resolves, which he is confident it will, it will result in swift and violent moves to higher prices just like the Wave 1 move. The analyst also noted that the 2.618 extension sits at $8.47 while the 4.236 extension is at $13.64. He stated that these are both good targets to aim for, but expects higher prices given the length of time XRP has been consolidating and building out its current structure. Why XRP Is Ready To “Blast” Into Price Discovery Austin stated that on the macro scale, XRP appears ready to enter price discovery at any moment. He explained that the altcoin has experienced a 7-year contracting triangle accumulation structure followed by an explosive 5-wave breakout to test the all-time highs (ATHs) at Macro Wave 1. Related Reading: Analyst Who Predicted XRP’s 600% Rally Forecasts The Bottom And A Target Of $10 The analyst further noted that XRP has been in an ABC correction/reaccumulation for over a year, which has resulted in mass fear and capitulation down to a .702 to .786 retrace. He assured that this has been nothing but a macro wave 2. Meanwhile, Austin also reminded investors that XRP is the only crypto asset with complete regulatory clarity in the U.S. following the settlement of the SEC lawsuit. He added that Ripple has continued to silently build out the infrastructure required to foster global adoption when the time is right to “flip the switch.” Notably, the crypto firm recently unveiled its roadmap for institutional DeFi on the XRP Ledger (XRPL), highlighting XRP’s role at the core of this infrastructure as it rolls out compliance-focused features to attract institutions. At the time of writing, the XRP price is trading at around $1.44, up in the last 24 hours, according to data from CoinMarketCap. Featured image from Adobe Stock, chart from Tradingview.com
Talk of XRP reaching $100 began gaining momentum this cycle, following the resolution of the legal battle involving Ripple and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Interestingly, the attention in recent months has been toward XRP’s role in global finance and how this might have an effect on its price action. That trend has led to different interpretations of how the XRP price can trade at $100 in the near future. A notable interpretation was recently articulated by analysts at Bayberry Capital, who proposed on the social media platform X that $100 should be seen as a liquidity event number, not a price target tied to timing. Why XRP At $100 Is A Liquidity Event Bayberry Capital’s outlook on XRP price shooting up to $100 is based on how markets reprice assets once their function becomes essential. According to the private digital asset investment firm, infrastructure assets do not typically rise in smooth, incremental moves. They tend to be re-rated when the market recognizes that their utility has changed from optional to necessary. Related Reading: XRP Price To Rally 690% To $15 In Unexpected ‘Measured Move’ Most digital assets rely on attention and continuous inflows of new buyers. However, XRP was designed differently as a liquidity instrument built to move value efficiently across systems. When demand is dictated by settlement and transactional use, price dynamics change. In that setting, value can be pulled upward by usage itself, not just by sentiment. A liquidity event is a moment when an asset’s ability to be converted, transferred, or absorbed by the market changes materially and permanently. From this perspective, $100 is a natural price level for XRP to be at that point. Another element of the view by Bayberry Capital is the absence of a deadline for this to happen. The liquidity event where the XRP price is priced at $100 is not defined by a specific year. Instead, it depends on direction. If global finance keeps moving toward faster settlement and digital liquidity rails, assets built for that purpose will undoubtedly be repriced accordingly. How This View Connects To Other $100 XRP Predictions Bayberry Capital’s commentary exists alongside a broader set of long-term views that started after XRP’s legal clarity, its push to new all-time highs in mid-2025, and the different partnerships and acquisitions made by Ripple to increase the utility of XRP. Related Reading: XRP Sees 80% Spike In Major Metric, Why This Matters For Price Appreciation Since then, several analysts and commentators have discussed scenarios where XRP could eventually trade at $100, with the proposed factors often tied to use in global settlement and institutional demand. Figures such as Zach Rector, crypto commentator 24hrscrypto, world’s highest IQ claimant Young Hoon Kim, and BarriC have all been linked to $100 XRP price scenarios over the coming years. These views are always debated by critics, particularly on market cap considerations, but they share a common assumption that XRP would need to function as a global payments infrastructure in order for this to happen. Standard Chartered analysts have predicted that the XRP price could surge by around 330%. They also outlined catalysts that could spark this price surge, which would lead to a new all-time high (ATH) for the Ripple-linked token. Standard Chartered Predicts XRP Price Surge To $8 Standard Chartered’s global head of digital assets research, Geoff Hendrick, has predicted that the XRP price could surge to $8 by the end of 2026, which represents an increase of around 330%. This would also mark a new all-time high for the token, with its current ATH at around $3.84. The analyst expects the token to record such growth, as it now has legal clarity following the settlement of the Ripple-SEC lawsuit. Related Reading: This Double Bottom Formation Could Send XRP Soaring To $2.5 Kendrick also expects the XRP price to surge to $8 on the back of regulatory clarity for the U.S. crypto industry and institutional adoption of the token through the XRP ETFs. The Standard Chartered analyst noted how the improving regulatory environment has made it easier for institutions to gain exposure to the token. Meanwhile, Ripple has been able to grow its payment system, which involves XRP, thanks to the regulatory-friendly environment. These XRP ETFs are notably seeing significant demand, which is bullish for the XRP price as it eyes a rally to $8 next year. SoSoValue data shows that these ETFs have yet to record a daily net outflow since the first spot fund launched last month. The XRP ETFs currently boast a net asset of $1.27 billion, which reprersents 1.12% of the token’s market cap. Crypto pundit Unknow noted that these ETFs are absorbing the supply fast, which is why he predicts that a supply shock could happen by early 2026, sending the XRP price higher. The pundit also declared that next year is the inflection point where the altcoin shifts from speculation to global liquidity infrastructure. XRP Is Preparing For a Breakout In an X post, crypto analyst TARA stated that the XRP price is approaching the critical $1.88 level and is in a very tight range, signaling a breakout is coming soon. The analyst noted that XRP needs to hold support at $1.87, even as Bitcoin approaches $88,000. She added that if the altcoin bounces from here and tests $1.88 again, it could break above that resistance and then hold it as support, which TARA noted would be a very bullish sign. In another X post, she revealed that XRP’s Relative Strength Index (RSI) was trying to break to the upside. TARA further remarked that if today’s close is bullish, with a close above $1.88, it could fuel the next wave to $2.30 for the XRP price. A positive for XRP is that Glassnode data shows that XRP on exchanges has dropped to a seven-year low of 1.6 billion tokens, down from 3.76 billion in October. As the broader crypto markets remain fixated on volatility and short-term narratives, XRP is quietly transitioning into the accumulation phase. Institutional players are increasingly positioning in silence, favoring strategic accumulation over public signaling. This phase is rarely loud or obvious, and it’s defined by patience, regulatory awareness, and long-term infrastructure planning rather than short-term speculation. While the broader crypto market debates short-term price swings, a quieter story is unfolding behind the scenes. According to skipper_xrp’s post on X, institutions and banks are methodically positioning themselves, and the word on the street is that they’re betting big on XRP. Why Institutions Accumulate XRP In Silence Many analysts believe that the asset is entering a phase where price discovery could accelerate beyond the $100 mark, and this sudden price increase will come as a shock to investors. At the same time, the XRP Ledger is expanding beyond its traditional role in cross-border payment into decentralized media in the US. Related Reading: ‘Think Again’ Before Selling Your XRP; Expert Tells Investors Adding to the momentum, BXE is set to list on a major US exchange on January 21st, following its partnership with a leading node provider. The increased network activity means higher usage of the XRP Ledger with more XRP being burned. Despite BXE trading at $0.06 and a fixed supply of 500 million, many investors view it as undervalued. An investor and crypto trader known as Xaif Crypto has mentioned that from 2019 to 2021, MoneyGram actively integrated Ripple’s On-Demand Liquidity (ODL) service, by leveraging XRP as the bridge asset for real-time foreign exchange settlement. However, when the US SEC filed its lawsuit against Ripple in late 2020, regulatory uncertainty forced MoneyGram to suspend the partnership despite XRP proving its effectiveness as a liquidity bridge. Currently, with Ripple largely moved past its regulatory overhang and gaining clearer legal standing, the industry is revisiting questions that were left unresolved: Will banks and payment institutions return to an XRP-based liquidity solution? Nonetheless, if institutions prioritize speed, capital efficiency, and regulatory clarity, history suggests that XRP already demonstrated all of the benefits and can work at scale before it was paused. The only variable missing at the time was regulatory certainty. How Institutional-Grade Yield Comes To XRP Holders Crypto trader Xaif Crypto has also revealed upcoming features for the XRP Ledger. According to Xaif, the XRPL lending protocol, a protocol-native framework that underwrites credit built directly into the Ledger, enabling fixed-term and fixed-rate loans, is on the horizon. The narrative surrounding XRP, the digital asset native to the XRP Ledger, has shifted from a speculative cryptocurrency to a recognized digital asset within the global financial system. This shift reflects growing legal clarity and rising interest from financial institutions seeking compliant blockchain-based solutions for payments, liquidity, and settlement. How Institutional Interest In XRP Continues To Build As XRP gains recognition in regulated financial markets, it’s moving beyond its earlier perception as a speculative digital asset. An analyst known as Skipper_xrp has mentioned on X that this milestone has placed XRP in the conversation alongside traditional assets that institutions already trust. With recent developments from the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and rising institutional interest, investors are wondering whether XRP’s growing credibility could be the catalyst for the next major price movement. Related Reading: Not Just Crypto: Research Says XRP Is Moving Into Bank-Grade Payment Infrastructure Meanwhile, tokenization is no longer a theoretical concept; it’s now a tangible reality. The ability to unlock trillions of dollars in real-world assets through blockchain is transforming how the markets will operate. On this front, the REAL token on the XRP Ledger isn’t just participating, it’s leading the change, and opening doors to an unprecedented global market. Ripple recently made the single biggest unlock for XRP since the case against the US SEC, and it has nothing to do with a court ruling. X Finance Bull has provided insight into the CLARITY Act, which legally defines digital commodities under CFTC oversight, eliminating guesswork and excuses from institutions. The real barrier to mass XRP adoption wasn’t tech or liquidity, but a legal risk, and that wall just cracked wide open. Currently, banks can use XRP rails, brokers can move in flow, and corporate treasuries can hold XRP on their books without stepping into uncertainty. This isn’t future potential; it’s the regulatory permission that is required before deploying serious capital. Many tokens don’t fit the mold, but XRP already operates on payment-grade, bank-ready infrastructure designed for real-world settlement, and first in line for real volume. “When institutions get the green light, the token with roads already built will lead,” Xfinancebull noted. A New Gateway Between Asian Markets And Ripple Labs Technical analyst, ChartNerd, revealed that VivoPower International PLC has quietly transformed a standard joint venture agreement into a strategic expansion vehicle with asymmetric exposure. Instead of deploying heavy capital, the structure creates a bridge between Seoul’s institutional crypto markets and Ripple Labs’ private equity, which is aligning with access rather than ownership. After weeks of speculation, BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager, has officially filed for a staked Ethereum (ETH) Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Amid the bullish news, the King of Altcoins’ price is attempting to break out of a two-month resistance, which could set the stage for a retest of higher levels. Related Reading: XRP ETFs Record 13-Day Streak As SOL Funds See Largest Outflows Since Launch BlackRock Files For Staked Ethereum ETF BlackRock has submitted an S-1 form with the US SEC to get approval for its iShares Ethereum Staking Trust (ETHB), which “seeks to reflect generally the performance of the price of ether and rewards from staking a portion of the Trust’s ether, to the extent the Sponsor in its sole discretion determines that the Trust may do so without incurring undue legal or regulatory risk.” Filed on December 5, BlackRock’s registration statement explains that, if approved, the proposed fund aims to stake 70% to 90% of its Ethereum holdings, distributing staking rewards to stakeholders at least quarterly. Coinbase Custody Trust will serve as the custodian for the Trust’s ETH holdings, the filing noted, while Anchorage Digital Bank will be an available alternative custodian for the Trust’s ether holdings. Meanwhile, the Bank of New York Mellon will serve as the custodian for the Trust’s cash holdings and the administrator of the Trust. Notably, BlackRock’s ETHB will operate separately from its spot ETH fund, the iShares Ethereum Trust ETF (ETHA), which is the largest in its category with $11 billion in assets under management (AUM). It’s worth noting that the crypto community began speculating about BlackRock’s upcoming staked ETH fund after the leading asset manager registered the name in Delaware last month. In a November report, 10x Research argued that the potential introduction of a staked Ethereum ETF by BlackRock would bring “increased scrutiny” to “the economics of DATs” as retail investors would reallocate to a low-cost source of yield. The report added that many investors are unaware that Digital Asset Treasury (DATs)’s embedded costs “far exceed” the management fee charged by asset managers like BlackRock on its Bitcoin (BTC) and ETH ETFs. ETH Nears Key Downtrend Line Ethereum’s price started the week attempting to reclaim a crucial area after managing to hold the $3,000 level as support despite the volatility during the weekend. The cryptocurrency surged nearly 3% in the daily timeframe, hitting $3,180 before retracing on Monday. Amid this performance, analyst Ali Martinez suggested that “it’s time to pay attention to ETH,” noting that it nears a key level that could push the price to higher zones. Per the chart, Ethereum briefly broke out of its two-month downtrend line, which has served as resistance since early October. Over this period, the King of Altcoins has attempted to break out of this level twice, but has ultimately been rejected during each attempt. On Monday morning, ETH briefly broke above the trendline before being rejected a third time. However, if Ethereum reclaims the $3,120-$3,130 levels and turns the downtrend into support, it could build the base for a retest of the $3,200-$3,300 horizontal levels, which marks the lower boundary of its Q3 and early Q4 price range. Meanwhile, Rekt Capital asserted that Ethereum Dominance (ETHDOM) continues to move within its macro consolidation range, holding support at the 11.67% level. He previously affirmed that if “ETHDOM can maintain itself above 10.05% then it should be positioned for higher market dominance levels over time.” The analyst added that although history suggests a potential 2.5% drop to the consolidation range lows, this dip would occur “in the context of a macro move to 18%-20%” in the future. As of this writing, Ethereum is trading at $3,114, a 13.7% increase on the weekly timeframe. Featured Image from Unsplash.com, Chart from TradingView.com
A crypto market analyst has compared XRP to NVIDIA, an American technology company with one of the biggest tech success stories in history. The analyst implied that buying XRP today could mirror the opportunity investors had when purchasing NVIDIA shares in 2000 at just $0.35. The comparison emphasizes the long-term potential of the XRP price and highlights the importance of HODLing. XRP Today Shows Growth Potential Like NVIDIA In 2000 A leading market expert, Egrag Crypto, has drawn a striking parallel between the current XRP price and the early days of NVIDIA. He suggested that buying XRP now could be akin to purchasing NVIDIA shares at just $0.35, as recorded in 2000. At the time of writing, the shares are priced around $180, representing a staggering 51,329% increase from over two decades ago. Related Reading: Brace For Impact: XRP Price Has Formed A Bullish Cross On Its Weekly Stochastic RSI Egrag Crypto points out that a $10,000 investment in NVIDIA at $0.35 per share in 2000 would have secured roughly 28,571 shares. At today’s prices, those shares would be worth over $5,142,780, demonstrating an investment strategy focused more on maintaining conviction and patience than timing or predicting the market perfectly. Beyond this, the analyst’s comparison illustrates the power of investing long-term in disruptive technologies, showing how early adoption and willingness to hold through volatility can result in life-changing gains. Applying this perspective to XRP, Egrag Crypto highlighted that the cryptocurrency has surged from $0.006 to $3.65 over the past 10 years. By comparing the altcoin to NVIDIA shares, he suggests the cryptocurrency could have similar potential for transformative, explosive growth. As a result, he implied that the current XRP price of $2.2 may present a potential entry point for investors willing to commit to a disciplined long-term strategy. Much like NVIDIA in its early days around 2000, XRP is still in the initial stages of its growth trajectory. The cryptocurrency recently emerged from a prolonged legal battle with the US SEC that had constrained its development and price appreciation for nearly 7 years. With increasing utility and ongoing ecosystem developments, XRP is well-positioned to grow over time. While its price has declined roughly 20% this year, according to CoinMarketCap, analysts remain optimistic about its long-term outlook. XRP On-Chain Activity Hits Record Levels On the technical front, XRP has experienced a remarkable surge in on-chain activity, signaling heightened engagement across the network. Data from CryptoQuant shows that on December 2, the velocity metric for the XRP Ledger (XRPL) spiked to a yearly high of $0.0324. Related Reading: Warning: XRP Price Is Forming A Death Cross That Previously Led To A 15% Crash Analysts from CryptoQuant have revealed that the rise in circulation velocity suggests that XRP is being actively traded rather than sitting idle in cold wallets. The increase points to high liquidity and significant participation from whales who appear to be moving large amounts of tokens. Additionally, such activity indicates that the XRP network is experiencing unprecedented levels of engagement, with more coins changing hands in a short time than the market has seen so far in 2025. Crypto analyst ChartNerd has predicted that the XRP price could rally 10x if a specific trend repeats. The analyst also revealed what needs to happen for the altcoin to invalidate this potential parabolic rally. XRP Price Could Rally 10x If This 2017 Pattern Plays Out In an X post, ChartNerd predicted that the XRP price could rally 1,000% if a bullish pattern from the 2017 bull cycle plays out. The analyst noted that during the 2017 euphoric run, the altcoin had a 3-month cool-off period where it successfully dropped towards its 3-month 20-EMA for a retest before a 25x move to the upside. Related Reading: Analyst Says Get Ready For XRP Price Above $4 This Cycle ChartNerd revealed that the XRP price has now witnessed the exact same set-up in this 2025 bull cycle. The altcoin recorded a huge breakout last year and is now seeing a 3-month cool-off period towards a 3-month 20-EMA retest. The analyst stated that if history is set to repeat, XRP could see a 10x upside move, signaling a blow-off top. The analyst also alluded to the 2021 lower high, which he noted ties up with both the monthly candle close highs from 2017 and also the SEC lawsuit, which is believed to have suppressed the XRP price during the 2021 cycle. ChartNerd added that to invalidate this potential rally, XRP will need to close below its 3-month 20-EMA at $1.20. Until then, he noted that the bulls remain in control. Meanwhile, ChartNerd outlined $8, $13, and $27 as the potential top-out points for the XRP price. Notably, a rally to any of these price targets will mark a new all-time high (ATH) for the altcoin. Crypto analyst Egrag Crypto had also previously predicted that XRP could reach $27 in this bull run if it mirrors the 2017 price action. XRP Could Be The Next Crypto To Record A Major Run Market commentator Milk Road suggested in an X post that the XRP price could soon record a major run. The platform cited bullish fundamentals for the altcoin, including the fact that RLUSD crossed $1 billion in market cap in record time. The run to this milestone is said to be faster than almost any stablecoin Ripple has ever pushed. Related Reading: Analyst Predicts XRP Price Will Hit $100 Before Bitcoin Hits $1 Million Furthermore, Milk Road noted that Abu Dhabi’s ADGM has opened the door for institutions to use RLUSD as real collateral, which is also bullish for the XRP price. The market commentator stated that global liquidity with regulated on-ramps could mean the kind of flows that crypto hasn’t seen in months. It is also worth noting that XRP is seeing significant flows into its ecosystem through the U.S. spot ETFs. At the time of writing, the XRP price is trading at around $2.18, down in the last 24 hours, according to data from CoinMarketCap. Featured image from Adobe Stock, chart from Tradingview.com
Canary’s spot XRP Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) has surpassed most of the experts’ predictions, and it is currently on track to see a record-breaking debut after registering strong institutional demand on its first day. Related Reading: Winklevoss Twins Back Zcash (ZEC) Treasury Company With $58M Investment First Spot XRP ETF Begins Trading On Thursday, the first single-token XRP spot ETF began trading on Nasdaq, smashing the initial performance expectations of multiple experts after clearing the last regulatory hurdles this week. Following the launch of Canary Capital’s spot XRP ETF (XRPC), the investment management firm asserted its conviction that “XRP Ledger represents a leading framework for global payments — purpose-built for interoperability and real-world settlement.” Notably, Canary Capital recently completed its 8-A filing for its XRPC ETF with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and received the stock exchange’s green light on Wednesday afternoon. The Thursday launch comes amid the end of the US Government shutdown, which officially lasted 43 days and was forecasted to delay the long-awaited Altcoin ETFs until its conclusion. For context, the SEC was expected to approve multiple crypto-based investment products between early October and November, after the regulatory agency postponed the decision deadline in Q3 and released new generic listing standards for the products. However, the second wave of crypto-based investment products arrived despite the government setback, with the first set of ETFs launching over two weeks ago. On October 28, Canary Capital’s spot Litecoin and Hedera ETFs and Bitwise’s Solana Staking ETF (BSOL) began trading after filing 8-A forms with the SEC. As crypto journalist Eleanor Terret explained, the launch was possible because an open government wasn’t required to continue the process, and the 8-A filings are “just as important” as the S-1 forms, since they register ETF shares under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Canary’s XRPC To Challenge BSOL’s Debut Ahead of the launch, multiple experts predicted that Canary’s spot XRP ETF could see strong demand and reach between $15 million and $35 million in volume on its first day. Senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, Eric Balchunas, initially suggested that the investment product could hit $17 million in volume. Following the first half-hour, the XRP ETF saw $26 million in volume, the analyst noted, breaking past his original expectations. As a result, Balchunas suggested that the XRPC had a “good shot” at surpassing BSOL’s first-day volume and becoming the biggest ETF launch of 2025. As reported by NewsBTC, Bitwise’s SOL Staking ETF recorded an impressive volume of $10 million in the first 30 minutes of trading, which surged to $33 million by the half-day mark. The investment product closed its first day with around $57 million in volume, beating all other launches of this year. Related Reading: SUI Eyes Key Retest As Price Breaks Out Of Downtrend – Rally To $3 Ahead? In the afternoon, analyst James Seyffart noted that Canary’s XRP ETF had recorded around $46 million in volume by the half-day mark, with a few more hours of trading ahead. The analyst initially suggested that XRPC could see around $34 million in volume on day one. “This is almost guaranteed to be near the top of the list for 2025 launches and still has a shot at beating $BSOL for the top spot,” Seyffart concluded. As of this writing, XRP trades at $2.30, a 3.3% decline in the daily timeframe. Featured Image from Unsplash.com, Chart from TradingView.com
An analyst has sounded the alarm on what could become one of the most explosive rally in XRP’s history. As the cryptocurrency prepares for its long-awaited Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) debut, the balance of XRP on major exchanges continues to decline. Analysts are warning that an impending supply crisis could spark a significant surge in the XRP price, which is currently more than 34% below its all-time high levels. XRP Supply Shortage To Trigger Parabolic Surge Amidst ongoing market volatility and whale capitulation, crypto market expert Arthur remains positive about XRP, drawing attention to a series of on-chain developments that could mark the beginning of a parabolic upward move. In his post on X social media, the analyst emphasized that an XRP could soon see a supply crisis, which may ignite its next price explosion. Related Reading: Pundit Reveals Final Nail In The Coffin For XRP, What This Means According to recent chart data from CryptoQuant, XRP reserves on Binance have fallen to about 2.79 million tokens, marking a sustained decline that began in early 2025. The chart also shows that while XRP’s price has remained relatively stable between $2 and $3, the available supply on almost all major cryptocurrency exchanges has continued to decline drastically. Arthur has revealed that this signals a growing imbalance between supply and demand, which could set the foundation for a bullish move. Arthur has also referenced a prediction made by JPMorgan analysts, who estimated that between $4 to $8 billion could flow into the upcoming XRP Spot ETFs once they launch in the market. This projection indicates confidence in XRP’s future institutional demand and interest as a legitimate digital asset class. The analyst has suggested that increased ETF demand from institutions, combined with limited liquidity, could create a “perfect storm” for a price breakout of XRP. Additionally, the analyst has revealed that the XRP ETF could also see a surge in retail demand, contributing to its projected price appreciation. Currently, reports indicate that approval of XRP Spot ETFs by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is still pending. However, prominent analysts like Nate Geraci remain confident that these investment products will be launched soon. Binance XRP Reserve Data Shows Steady Losses Delving deeper into XRP’s supply on exchanges, CryptoQuant’s data shows that the cryptocurrency’s reserve on Binance is sitting at approximately 2.785 billion tokens as of November 12, 2025. Notably, this marks a decrease of over 10 million tokens from the previous day, when 2.795 billion XRP was recorded. Since the beginning of November, Binance’s XRP balance has been declining, hovering just above the 2.7 billion token threshold. Related Reading: $300 Million Worth Of XRP On The Move – Where Are They Headed? Earlier in October, reserves dipped to 2.74 billion tokens, one of the lowest levels recorded in almost a year.
